We had our first trip to Montreal to prepare the land for PMA. During these 3 days we had meetings, feedbacks to know the team and work processes, the schedules and flow.

We also had two workshops, the first one was a screen shot of the history and what PMA is today, in Spain and around the World. The second was on excellence in work.  We discovered the pain points of the Food Department, did a SWOT Analysis for the team and defined our Objectives and Key Results.
